Mafia City
Price: $
Mafia City is a fantastic strategy game that picks up from a strong story. The story revolves around a gang (Mafia) leader who then sets up tons of businesses such as casinos. The experience is quite thrilling, to say the least.
The gamer controls the entirety of the strategy in the game to set up businesses in all areas. Some businesses are shady where you collect money from later on in the game. The features and aspects of the game are quite endless as you can set up pawnbrokers, collect resources and money, train local boys and men to become your thugs.
You must also build your reputation so people can know who you are and not mess with you. You can upgrade your territories as your reputation grows and your financial status elevates. One of the best and most fun aspects of the game is attacking your enemies and rivals. It requires you to build a strategy that will help you defeat them and claim their territories.
After those story elements comes the management of smugglers. One of the significant things is also to keep the gold-digger girlfriend satisfied. After a few hours of gameplay when you understand everything, it proves to be an amazing game for players who prioritize strategy and story-mode games.
But there is one area where the gameplay is pretty bland. Once you understand everything going around in Mafia City, you will see that there are tons of buttons, but there is not a lot of action to be played. You can control everything, but then there are just screens with pictures of various things (such as guns, thugs, tattoos, etc.) to tell you what is going on around you. Not much more than that.
But if you are somebody who prefers it that way, this game will be a haven for you. Keep in mind that it does have a strong language and is not advised for kids under age 16. That being said, Mafia City has a strong story mode but lacks in advanced gameplay.
